And our bed is verdant.The beams of our house are cedars; our rafters are firs. 하나님은 주의 자녀를 어여쁘게 여겨주시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 '솔로몬의 아가'라고 하며 자신에게 입맞추기 원하는 것은 그 사랑이 포도주보다 나음이라고 하고 그 기름이 향기로와 아름답고 그 기름이 쏟은 향기름같다고 하고 왕이 자신을 그 방으로 이끌어 들이시니 '너는 나를 인도하라 우리가 너를 달려가리라'했다. 또한 그 사랑이 포도주보다 더 진하다고 하며 처녀들이 그를 사랑함이 마땅하다고 하고 '예루살렘의 딸들아 네가 비록 검으나 아름다우니 게달의 장막 같을지라도 솔로몬의 휘장같다고 하며 그가 햇볓에 쬐어서 거무스름할지라도 흘겨보지 말 것은 어머니의 아들들이 포도원지기로 삼았기 때문이라 했다. 아멘
