(Psalm 62:5~6 의지) My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation is from Him.He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved. 하나님은 잠잠히 주의 은혜를 바라는 주의 자녀를 붙들어주시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 '나의 영혼이 잠잠히 하나님만 바람이여 나의 구원이 그에게서 나오는도다'라고 하며, 오직 주님만이 자신의 반석이라고 고백하고있다. 또한 '백성들아 시시로 그를 의지하고 그의 앞에 마음을 토하라'고 하며 하나님께서 우리의 피난처시라 하고 포악을 의지하지 말고 탈취한 것으로 허망하여지지 말며 재물이 늘어도 거기에 마음을 두지 말라고 하시며 '권능은 하나님께 속하였다'고 하셨다. 또한 '주여 인자하심은 주께 속하였다'고 하셨다. 또한 '주여 인자하심은 주께 속하오니 주께서 각 사람이 행한대로 갚으심이니이다'라고 했다. 우리 삶을 인도하시고 보호하시는 주를 찬양한다.

God is the one who silently holds on to His children who quietly hope in His grace. In today's text, it says, "My soul waits silently for God alone; my salvation comes from Him," and confesses that only the Lord is his rock. It also says, "Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before Him," and says that God is our refuge, and that we should not trust in violence, and not be vain in the spoils of our hands, and that we should not set our hearts on them when our riches increase, and that "power belongs to God." It also says, "Yours, O Lord, is mercy." It also says, "Yours, O Lord, is mercy, for you reward each according to his works." We praise the Lord who guides and protects our lives.
