한글날에 드리는 기도
 
우리에게 한글을 허락하신 하나님, 감사합니다.
 
말과 뜻이 서로 맞지 않아 어려움에 처해 있는 백성들을 불쌍히 여기는 마음으로 만들어진 한글이 하나님의 사랑이 전달되는 통로가 되기를 원합니다.
 
한글로 기록된 하나님의 말씀을 읽을 때마다 사랑을 깨닫고 하나님과 소통하는 놀라운 역사가 일어나게 하옵소서.
 
우리에게 정의의 한글을 허락하신 하나님, 가난하고 차별받으며 배움의 기회를 빼앗기고 소외당하던 사회적 약자들이 한글을 통해 삶의 기회와 의미를 찾았고 그 뜻을 펼칠 수 있었습니다.
 
이제는 한글을 통해 세상을 사랑하시는 하나님의 뜻이 땅 끝까지 전파되어 모든 억압과 차별 속에서 고통당하는 하나님의 자녀들이 소망을 갖고 살아가게 하옵소서.
 
우리에게 창조의 한글을 허락하신 하나님, 우리 민족의 고유 발성법을 과학적으로 분석하여 그 의미를 새겨 만들어 낸 최고의 언어를 허락하셨습니다.
 
이런 한글을 사용하는 사람마다 하나님의 창조의 능력을 회복하게 하시고, 우주 만물 속에 감추어진 하나님의 능력과 신성을 발견하는 창조적 백성이 되게 하옵소서.

Prayer for Hangul Day

Thank you, God, for granting us Hangul.

I hope Hangul, which was created with a heart of pity for the people who are suffering because their words and meanings do not match, will become a channel through which God’s love is conveyed.

Please let the amazing history of realizing love and communicating with God happen every time we read God’s words written in Hangul.

God, who granted us Hangul of justice, the poor, discriminated against, deprived of opportunities to learn, and marginalized socially disadvantaged people found opportunities and meaning in life through Hangul and were able to unfold their meaning.

Now, through Hangul, may the will of God, who loves the world, be spread to the ends of the earth so that all children of God who suffer from oppression and discrimination can live with hope.

God, who granted us Hangul of creation, has granted us the best language by scientifically analyzing our people’s unique pronunciation method and engraving its meaning.

Please restore God’s creative power to all who use Hangul and become creative people who discover God’s power and divinity hidden in all things in the universe.
