학교와 교사 간의 관계를 회복시키소서
 
이 땅의 학교를 사랑하시는 하나님, 사람을 길러내는 이 소중한 터전인 학교를 귀히 여기셔서 필요한 자리에 훈련받은 분들을 세워주시니 감사합니다.
 
학교가 바른 비전을 제시하며, 교사들과 함께 공유하고 실천하도록 인도하옵소서.
 
그리하여 학교 안의 여러 의사결정이 선하게 이루어지게 하옵소서.
 
무엇보다 학교 공동체가 자신들의 위치 안에서만 주장하지 않게 하시고 학교 안에 서로 격려하고 공유하는 선한 문화가 있어서 가르침과 돌봄의 일전에 있는 교사들이 주어진 역할에 충실할 수 있는 환경을 제공하여 주옵소서.
 
또한 서로에게 듣는 마음의 지혜를 주셔서 학교 구성원들의 마음이 선한 일에 하나가 되어 새로운 관계를 맺어가는 일에 헌신하는 공동체가 되게 하시며 아름다운 공동체의 질서 속에서 합력하도록 인도하옵소서.
 
이로써 우리 학교 가운데 하나님 나라가 이루어지게 하옵소서.

Restore the relationship between schools and teachers

God, who loves the schools of this land, thank you for valuing these precious places where people are raised and for placing trained people in necessary positions.

Please lead the school to present the right vision and share and practice it with the teachers.

So that various decisions within the school can be made well.

Above all, please do not let the school community insist only on their own positions, but provide an environment where there is a good culture within the school that encourages and shares with each other, so that teachers who are at the forefront of teaching and caring can be faithful to their given roles.

Also, please give us the wisdom of listening to each other so that the hearts of the school members can become one in good deeds and become a community that is dedicated to forming new relationships and cooperating in the order of a beautiful community.

Through this, may the kingdom of God be realized in our school.
