Ecclesiastes 4:13~13 상

(Ecclesiastes 4:13~14 상) Better a poor and wise youth Than an old and foolish king who will be admonished no more. For he come out of prison to king, Although he was born poor in his kingdom. 하나님은 가난한 주의 자녀를 이끌어 존귀케 하시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 전도자는 자신이 해 아래에서 행하는 모든 학대를 보았다고 하며 그들에 위로자가 없다고 하며, '나는 아직 살아있는 산 자들보다 죽은지 오랜 죽은 자들이 더 복되다' 하였으나 아직 출생하지 아니하여 해 아래 악한 일을 보지 못한 자가 더 복되다고 하였다. 또한 사람이 수고와 모든 재주로 인하여 이웃에게 시기를 받으니 이것이 헛되다 하며, 어떤 사람은 아들도 형제도 없이 홀로 있으나 모든 수고에는 끝이없다 하고 두 사람이 한 사람보다 나음은 그들이 수고함으로 좋은 상을 얻을 것이기 때문이라 했다. 아멘

He also said that because of one's toil and all his skill, his neighbor envies him, and that this is meaningless. Another said that there is a man alone, without sons or brothers, and yet there is no end to all his toil. Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. Amen.
