한문교육을 통해 하나님의 뜻과 진리를 발견하게 하소서
 
사람이 다 헤아릴 수 없는 경륜으로 역사를 주관하시는 하나님을 찬양합니다.
 
특별히 우리나라를 지금의 이곳에 있게 하셔서 한자 문화권의 영향을 받게 하신 하나님의 뜻을 잘 새기고 따르기를 원합니다.
 
이것을 위해 한문교육이 세상을 섭리하시는 하나님의 역사를 보는 통로가 되게 하옵소서.
 
한문교육이 단지 한자를 많이 알고 그것을 생활 속에서 잘 활용하거나, 개인의 문화와 교양의 수준을 높이고 그것을 향유하고 누리는 수준을 뛰어넘어 한문을 통해 계시된 하나님의 뜻을 발견하고, 그것을 나누며 또한 성취하는 통로가 되게 하옵소서.
 
학생들도 한자를 배우고 익힌 실력을 입시나 성적 등 세속적인 가치로만 활용하는 것에서 벗어나 한자로 이루어진 다양한 작품과 자료, 기록 속에 담긴 하나님의 뜻과 풍성한 하나님의 이야기를 탐구하는 태도와 자세를 배우게 하시고, 그 안에서 개인과 사회, 나라를 살리는 생명의 지혜와 가치 또한 발견하게 하옵소서.
 
더 나아가 한자 문화권의 여러 나라에 진출하여 영향력을 끼치고 복음을 전하며 하나님 나라를 펼쳐가는 발판이 되기를 간구합니다.

Let us discover God’s will and truth through Chinese character education

We praise God who governs history with a plan that cannot be fully understood by humans.

In particular, we want to engrave and follow God’s will that brought our country to where it is today and influenced by the Chinese character cultural sphere.

To this end, let Chinese character education become a passageway to see God’s history that governs the world.

Let Chinese character education go beyond simply knowing many Chinese characters and using them well in daily life, or raising the level of personal culture and education and enjoying and enjoying them, and let it become a passageway to discover God’s will revealed through Chinese characters, share it, and also achieve it.

Let students learn and acquire Chinese characters and move beyond using their skills for worldly values such as entrance exams or grades, and let them learn the attitude and posture to explore God’s will and rich stories contained in various works, materials, and records made of Chinese characters, and let them discover the wisdom and value of life that saves individuals, society, and the country.

Furthermore, I pray that it will advance into many countries in the Chinese character cultural sphere, exert influence, spread the gospel, and become a stepping stone for the expansion of the kingdom of God.
