화학교육을 통해 하나님의 뜻과 진리를 발견하게 하소서
 
만물을 지으시되 다양한 물질을 바탕으로 구성하시고, 어떤 것에는 살아있도록 생명을 주시며, 특별히 사람에게는 하나님의 생기를 주셔서 살아 있을 뿐 아니라 하나님과 사귈 수 있도록 하신 은혜에 감사드립니다.
 
이처럼 하나님이 구별하여 선물하신 물질의 법칙과 질서를 우리나라의 화학교육이 바르게 섬기기를 원합니다.
 
화학교육이 만물과 생명체, 사람을 구성하고 살아있게 하는 물질에 대해 바로 알고, 그 물질들이 이루는 물질세계의 법칙과 질서를 알아 하나님의 피조 세계를 온전하고 건강하게 지켜내는 일에 토대가 되기를 원합니다.
 
뿐만 아니라 바른 화학교육의 선한 지혜를 통해 새로운 물질을 개발하여 피조 세계가 더 온전하고 풍성해지는 일에 기여하는 사람이 많이 배출되기를 원합니다.
 
더 나아가 물질만으로는 결코 온전할 수 없는 피조세계의 본질을 깨닫고, 물질에 대한 하나님의 주권을 인정하며 하나님의 영이 베푸시는 생명과 생기를 우리나라의 화학교육이 잘 섬기게 하옵소서.
 
화학교육이 물질 세계 속에 가득한 하나님의 지혜와 섭리를 발견하고 또한 느끼면서 하나님의 완전하신 창조를 깨닫게 하시고, 그 온전함과 완전함을 찬양하는 감동과 은혜의 교육이 되게 하옵소서.

Let us discover God’s will and truth through chemical education

Thank you for the grace that you created all things based on various substances, gave life to some things so that they can live, and especially gave God’s life to humans so that they can not only live but also have fellowship with God.

I hope that our country’s chemical education will serve the laws and order of substances that God has gifted us in this way.

I hope that chemical education will become the foundation for protecting God’s created world in a complete and healthy way by correctly understanding the substances that compose and keep all things, living things, and humans alive, and by understanding the laws and order of the material world formed by those substances.

In addition, I hope that many people will be produced who will contribute to the development of new substances through the good wisdom of correct chemical education and make the created world more complete and abundant.

Furthermore, I hope that our country’s chemical education will serve well the life and vitality that God’s Spirit bestows by realizing the nature of the created world that can never be complete with substances alone, acknowledging God’s sovereignty over substances, and acknowledging the sovereignty of God over substances.

May chemistry education become an education of emotion and grace that allows us to discover and feel God's wisdom and providence that are full in the material world, realize God's perfect creation, and praise its perfection and completeness.
