(Isaiah 3:13~14 변론) The LORD takes his place in court; he rises to judge the people. The LORD enters into judgment against the elders and leaders of his people: "It is you who have ruined my vineyard; the plunder from the poor is in your houses. 하나님은 주의 자녀들을 위해 변론하러 일어나시며 심판을 베푸시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 여호와께서 예루살렘과 유다가 의뢰하며 의지하는 것을 제하여 버리시되 양식과 물과 용사와 전사와 재판관과 선지자와 복술자와 장로와 오십부장과 귀인과 모사와 정교한 장인과 능란한 요술자를 그리하실 것이라 했다. 또한 백성이 서로 학대하며 각기 이웃을 잔해하며 아이가 노인에게, 비천한 자가 존귀한 자에게 교만할 것이며 혹시 사람이 자기 형제를 붙잡고 '너는 우리의 통치자가 되어 이 폐허를 네 손 아래 두라'고 말할 것이라 하고 여호와께서 변론하러 일어나시고 백성들을 심판하러 서실 것이라 했다. 주의 행사를 찬얀한다.

God stands up to plead for His children and is the One who judges. In today's text, it says that the Lord will take away the confidence and trust of Jerusalem and Judah: food and water, the mighty man and the warrior, the judge, the prophet, the diviner, the elder, the captain of fifty, the nobles, the counselor, the skilled craftsman, and the skillful magician. Also, the people will oppress one another, each destroying his neighbor; the child will be proud against the old, and the lowly against the high; and a man will lay hold of his brother and say, 'You will be our ruler, and put this ruin under your hand.' The Lord will stand up to plead and judge the people. Praise the works of the Lord.
