Isaiah 11:1~2 영

(Isaiah 11:1~2 영) There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse, And a Branch shall grow out of his roots.The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. 하나님은 주의 자녀에게 지혜와 총명의 영을 부어주시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 이새의 줄기에서 한 싹이 나며 한 가지가 나서 결실할 것이며 그 위에 지혜와 총명의 영, 모략과 재능의 영, 지식과 여호와를 경외하는 영이 강림할 것이라고 하며 그가 여호와 경외함으로 즐거움을 삼을 것이라 했다. 또한 공의로 가난한 자를 심판하며 정직으로 세상의 겸손한 자를 판단할 것이며 공의로 그 허리띠를 성실로 그의 몸의 띠를 삼을 것이라 하며 그 때 이리가 어린 양과 누우며 젖먹는 아이가 독사굴에 손을 넣어도  물리지 않을 것이고, 주의 거룩한 산에 해됨도, 상함도 없을 것이며 이새의 뿌리에서 한 싹이 나서 만민의 기치로 삼을 것이라 했다. 주의 은혜에 감사한다.

God is the one who pours out the spirit of wisdom and understanding on His children. In today’s text, it says that a shoot will come out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch will grow and bear fruit, and the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord, and that he will delight in the fear of the Lord. He will judge the poor with righteousness and decide with equity for the meek of the earth. Righteousness will be the belt of his loins, and faithfulness will be the girdle of his waist. At that time, wolves will lie down with lambs, and the sucking child will put his hand into the den of vipers, but they will not bite. They will not harm or destroy Your holy mountain. A shoot from the root of Jesse will be a banner for the peoples. I am thankful for the grace of the Lord.
