Isaiah 55:5 언약

(Isaiah 55:5 언약) Surely you shall call a nation you do not know, And nations who do not know you shall run to you, Because of the LORD your God, And the Holy One of Israel; For He has glorified you." 하나님은 주의 자녀를 열방 가운데 기업을 취하게 인도하는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 '목마른 자들아 물로 나아오라' 하시며 귀를 기울이고 주께서 나아와서 들으면 그 영혼이 살 것이라 하시고 그들을 위하여 주께서 영원한 언약을 세우실 것이라 했다. 또한 주께서 그를 만민에게 증인으로 세웠다 하시고 그들이 알지 못하던 나라가 그들에게 달려올 것이고 알지 못하는 나라가 그들을 부를 것은 여호와 하나님, 거룩하신 이로 말미암음이라 하고 '여호와를 만날만한 때에 찾으라' 하시며 악인은 악한 그의 집을 버리고 주께로 돌아오면, 그를 긍휼히 여기시고 용서해 주실 거라고 했다. 주의 높은 생각을 찬양한다.

God is the one who leads His children to take possession of the inheritance among the nations. In today's text, He said, "Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters." He said, "If you incline your ear and come to the Lord and listen, your soul will live." He also said, "I have made him a witness to the peoples." He said, "A nation they did not know will run to them, and a nation they did not know will call to them, because of the Lord God, the Holy One." He said, "Seek the Lord while he may be found." He also said, "If the wicked abandon their wicked house and return to the Lord, He will have mercy on them and forgive them." He praises the Lord's high thoughts.
