교육을 통하여 평화가 회복되게 하소서
 
진정한 평화가 무엇인지 가르쳐 주신 하나님, 그러나 우리는 개인과 가족, 교회와 민족, 더 나아가 환경을 비롯한 삶의 기반에서 진정한 평화를 이루지 못하고 살아감을 고백합니다.
 
우리나라는 남북으로 갈라져서 아직까지도 군사적으로 대립하는 가운데 있으며, 세계 곳곳에서는 내전이 그치지 않고 있습니다.
 
하나님, 평화를 회복시켜 주옵소서. 갈등과 분쟁이 사랑 안에서 협력과 공존으로 변화되게 하옵소서.
 
하나님께서 원하시는 평화의 사람을 키워 내는 평화 교육이 신앙교육의 자리마다 함께 이루어지게 하옵소서.
 
자녀들이 학교 안에서 평화가 얼마나 중요한 것인지 배워 갈 수 있도록 도와주시고, 그 안에서 실제로 평화를 경험하게 하옵소서.
 
그리스도인인 우리가 이 땅의 평화를 만들어 가는 사람이 되도록 도와주옵소서.
 
가정과 교회의 신앙교육이 반목과 갈등을 초월하고 주님의 참된 평화를 이루는 토대가 되게 하셔서, 이웃과 세상에 화해가 임하고 평화를 누리는 나라 되게 하옵소서.

May peace be restored through education

God, who taught us what true peace is, but we confess that we are living without achieving true peace in our lives, including individuals, families, churches, nations, and even the environment.

Our country is divided into the North and South, and is still in military conflict, and civil wars continue all over the world.

God, please restore peace. May conflict and disputes be transformed into cooperation and coexistence in love.

May peace education that God desires be carried out in every place of religious education to raise people of peace.

Please help our children learn how important peace is in school, and may they actually experience peace there.

Please help us, as Christians, to become people who create peace in this land.

May the religious education of the home and church become the foundation for transcending discord and conflict and achieving the true peace of the Lord, so that we may become a country where reconciliation and peace prevails with our neighbors and the world.

I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
