(Amos 4:13 창조) For behold, He who forms mountains, And creates the wind, Who declares to man what his thought is, And makes the morning darkness, Who treads the high places of the earth-The LORD God of hosts is His name. 하나님은 주의 자녀를 위해 천지를 운행하시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 사마리아의 산에 있는 바산의 암소들은 이 말을 들으라 하시며 그들이 힘없는 자를 학대하며 가난한 자를 압제해 술을 가져오게 했다고 하고 그들이 때가 이를 때 사람의 갈고리에 끌려가며 하르몬에 던져질 것이라 했다. 또한 그들이 벧엘에 가서 범죄하고 누룩 넣은 것을 불살라 수은제로 드렸고 이것이 이스라엘 자손들이 기뻐하는 바라고 하며 추수하기 석달 전 주께서 비를 멈추게 하여 그들이 비틀거리며 어떤 성읍으로 물을 마시러 가서 만족하게 마시지 못했으나 주께로 돌아오지 않았다고 하며 주를 만나기 준비하라 했다. 아멘
