Amos 8:10 애통

(Amos 8:10 애통) I will turn your feasts into mourning, And all your songs into lamentation; I will bring sackcloth on every waist, And baldness on every head; I will make it like mourning for an only son, And its end like a bitter day. 하나님은 애통하는 주의 자녀의 심령을 위로하시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 주께서 아모스에게 무엇을 보느냐 물으시고 이에 여름과일 한 광주리라고 하매 이스라엘의 끝이 이르렀으니 주께서 다시 그를 용서하지 않겠다 하시고 궁궐의 노래가 애곡으로 변하고 사람이 잠잠히 그 시체를 내어버릴것이라 하셨다. 또한 가난한 자를 삼키는 자는 들으라 하시며 그들이 에바를 작게, 세겔을 크게 하고 힘없는 자를 은으로 샀다고 하고 주께서 그들의 행위를 절대 잊지 않으시겠다 하며 백주에 땅을 캄캄하게 하고 그들의 절기를 애통으로 변하게 하고 여호와의 말씀에 대한 기갈이 있을 것이라 했다. 아멘 

God is the One who comforts the hearts of His grieving children. In today's text, the Lord asks Amos, "What do you see?" He replies, "A basket of summer fruit." He declares, "The end has come for Israel; the Lord will no longer spare him." The songs of the palaces will turn to mourning, and people will quietly cast out their dead bodies. He also says, "Listen, you who devour the poor," and declares, "They have bought the ephah for small and the shekel for large, and have bought the poor for silver." He declares, "The Lord will never forget their deeds." He also declares, "He will darken the land in broad daylight, turn their festivals into mourning, and there will be a famine for the word of the Lord." Amen.
