(Zechariah 7:9~10 인애) "Thus says the LORD of hosts: 'Execute true justice, Show mercy and compassion Everyone to his brother. Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, The alien or the poor. Let none of you plan evil in his heart Against his brother.' 하나님은 주의 자녀를 통하여 구제와 선행, 공의를 나타내시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 다리오 왕 제 사년 아홉째 달 곧 기슬래월 사일에 여호와의 말씀이 사가랴에게 임하였는데 벧엘사람 사레셀과 레겜멜렉이 부하들을 보내 여호와께 은혜를 구하며 제사장들과 선지자들에게 오월 중에 울며 근신할지 물었다. 주께서 그들에게 그들이 칠십년 동안 금식하고 애통하였지만 주를 위한 것인지 물으시며 그들이 자신들을 위해 먹고 마시는 것이 아니냐 하시며 여호와가 옛 선지자들에게 외친 말씀이 있지 아니하냐 하시고 그들에게 고아, 나그네, 궁핍한 자를 압제 말며 서로 해하려고 마음에 도모하지 말라 하셨으나 그들이 듣지 않았다고 책망하셨다. 아멘

In today's passage, in the fourth year of King Darius' reign, on the fourth day of the ninth month, the month of Kislev, the word of the Lord came to Zechariah. Sharezer and Regem-Melech of Bethel sent their men to entreat the Lord and ask the priests and prophets whether they would weep and observe austerities in the fifth month. The Lord asked them, "Have you fasted and mourned for the Lord for seventy years? Have you not eaten and drunk for yourselves?" He rebuked them, saying, "Have you not cried out to the prophets of old?" and warned them, "Do not oppress the fatherless, the stranger, or the needy, and do not plot evil against one another." But they refused to listen. Amen.
