(Matthew 24:32~33 비유) "Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near-at the doors! 하나님은 주의 자녀에게 비유를 베푸시어 시대를 깨닫게 하시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 제자들이 예수께 성전 건물을 가리켜 보이려고 나오니 '내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 돌 하나도 돌 위에 남지 않고 다 무너뜨려지리라'하시며 사람의 미혹을 받지말라 하시고 난리와 난리 소문이 있으나 끝은 아니며 나라가 나라를 민족이 민족을 대적하여 일어날 것이라 하셨다. 또한, 사람들이 그들을 환난에 넘겨 주겠으나 끝까지 견디는 자는 구원을 얻을 것이라 하시고 천국 복음이 온 세상에 전파될 때에 끝이 오리라 하셨다. 또한 그날에는 아이밴 자와 젖먹이가 화가 있을 것이라 하시며 환난의 날을 감하지 않으셨으면 구원얻을 자가 없을 것이라 하시고 무화과 비유를 배우라 하셨다. 아멘

God is the One who gives parables to His children to help them understand the times. In today's passage, when the disciples came to Jesus to show them the temple building, He said, "Truly I tell you, not one stone will be left here upon another; every one will be thrown down." He warned them not to be deceived. He said there will be wars and rumors of wars, but that will not be the end. Nation will rise against nation, and nation against nation. He also said that people will deliver them up to persecution, but the one who endures to the end will be saved. He added that the end will come when the gospel of the kingdom has been preached throughout the whole world. He also said, "Woe to those with child and to infants in those days! Unless the days of tribulation had been shortened, no one would be saved." He then told them to learn the parable of the figs. Amen.
