(Matthew 27:52~53 십자가) and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the graves after His resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many. 하나님은 주의 자녀에게 부활의 생명을 주시며 살리시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 새벽에 대제사장들과 장로들이 예수님을 죽이려고 모의하고 가롯유다는 스스로 뉘우쳐 은삼십을 도로 대제사장에게 가져다주며 무죄한 피를 팔았다 하며 은을 성전에 던져넣고 스스로 목매어 죽었다. 이에 대제사장이 이 은으로 토기장이의 밭을 사서 나그네의 묘지를 삼았다. 빌라도 총독 앞에서 자신이 유대인의 왕임을 밝히시고 자신에 대한 수많은 증언에 대하여 한마디도 아니하시고, 총독은 무리가 시기로 예수님을 넘겨준 줄 알고 유월절에 예수님을 풀어주려 하였으나 결국 바라바가 풀려나고 예수님은 십자가에 못박혀 돌아가시고 아리마대 부자 요셉의 무덤에 묻히셨다. 아멘

God is the One who gives the life of resurrection to His children and gives them life. In today's passage, early in the morning, the chief priests and elders plotted to kill Jesus. Judas Iscariot, repenting, returned the thirty pieces of silver to the high priest, claiming he had betrayed innocent blood. He threw the silver into the temple and hanged himself. The high priest then used the silver to buy a potter's field as a burial ground for foreigners. Before Pilate, the governor, he declared himself the king of the Jews, yet remained silent about the numerous testimonies against him. The governor, believing the crowd had handed Jesus over out of jealousy, attempted to release him during Passover. However, Barabbas was ultimately released, and Jesus was crucified, died, and buried in the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea, a rich man. Amen.
