음악교육을 통해 하나님의 뜻과 진리를 발견하게 하소서

 

온 세상을 아름답게 창조하신 하나님, 모든 피조물이 드리는 찬양을 받으시옵소서.

 

하나님은 모든 피조물이 하나님을 기뻐하고 하나님께 영광을 돌리는 통로로 음악을 주셨습니다.

 

뿐만 아니라 음악을 통해 하나님의 완전하심과 아름다움을 발견하고, 하나님의 진리를 깨닫게도 하셨으니 이 땅의 음악이 하나님께로 나아가는 거룩한 토되기를 원합니다.

 

하지만, 오늘날 음악은 사람의 뜻을 담고, 사람의 영광을 이루는 도구가 되었고 음악을 듣고 향유하며 삶을 표현하는 교육이 아니라 단지 도구적인 방법으로서 교과로 전락하였습니다.

 

학교에서는 입시와 성적 중심 문화 때문에 음악 수업이 줄거나 없어져서 음악 자체를 만날 수 있는 시간도 줄어들고 있습니다.

 

음악을 향유하고, 경험함을 통해 음악으로 표현하며 창작하는 기쁨을 가르치는 교육이 되게 하옵소서.

 

회복된 음악교육을 통하여 학생들의 정서가 회복되고, 음악을 통한 영성이 살아나게 하셔서 자라나는 세대가 음악을 통해 하나님을 만나고 하나님의 뜻과 진리를 발견하게 하옵소서.

May we discover God's will and truth through music education.

God, who created the whole world beautifully, please accept the praise offered by all creation.

God gave music as a channel through which all creation rejoices in You and gives You glory.

Furthermore, since You have enabled us to discover Your perfection and beauty and to realize Your truth through music, we desire that the music of this earth become a holy channel leading us toward You.

However, today, music has become a tool to embody human will and achieve human glory; it has degenerated into a mere subject matter—a tool-based method—rather than an education that involves listening to, enjoying, and expressing life through music.

Due to a culture centered on entrance exams and grades, music classes in schools have been reduced or eliminated, diminishing the time available to encounter music itself.

May our education become one that teaches the joy of expressing and creating through music by enjoying and experiencing it.

Through restored music education, may the emotional well-being of students be restored and spirituality through music be revived, so that the growing generation may meet God through music and discover His will and truth. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
