(1Corinthians 11:25~26 칭찬) In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as after as you drink it, in remembrance of Me." For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes. 하나님은 주의 자녀에게 성찬을 통해 은혜베푸시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 바울은 '내가 그리스도를 본받는 자 된 것 같이 너희는 나를 본받은 자가 되라'고 말씀하시며, 바울이 그들에게 전하여 준 대로 그들이 그 전통을 지키므로 칭찬한다고 하고 각 남자의 머리는 그리스도요 여자의 머리는 남자요 그리스도의 머리는 하나님이시라 하고 남자는 하나님의 영광과 형상이라 머리를 가리지 않거나와 여자는 남자의 영광이라 했다. 또한 여자는 천사로 말미암아 권세 아래 있는 표를 그 머리에 두라고 하고 주 안에서 남자 없이 여자만 있거나 여자 없이 남자만 있지 아니하며 모든 것이 하나님에게서 났다고 하고, 그들이 함께 모여 주의 만찬을 먹지 못함을 책망하고 자기를 살피고 먹으라고 했다. 아멘 

God is the One who bestows grace upon His children through the Lord's Supper. In today's passage, Paul says, "Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ," and commends them for keeping the tradition as he handed it down to them. He states that the head of every man is Christ, the head of the woman is the man, and the head of Christ is God. He further asserts that the man is the glory and image of God, and that the head is not covered, while the woman is the glory of the man. He also tells women to place a sign of authority on their heads through an angel, and declares that in the Lord, neither woman without man nor man without woman is present, and that all things come from God. Finally, he rebukes them for not gathering together to partake in the Lord's Supper, urging them to examine themselves before eating. Amen.
