헌신 차원의 신앙이 형성되게 하소서

헌신 차원의 신앙이 형성되게 하소서
 
하나님을 향한 헌신을 통해 신앙이 형성되고 성숙하게 하신 하나님, 부모와 자녀들이 하나님과 하나님 나라를 위한 부르심에 즐겁게 참여하고 헌신하기를 원합니다.
 
신앙이라는 것이 머리와 마음에만 머무는 것이 아님을 압니다.
 
하나님을 사랑하기에 기꺼이 헌신으로 나아가는 신앙이 되게 하옵소서.
 
예수 그리스도의 이야기로 새로운 정체성 이야기를 만들어 하나님 나라의 소명과 사명을 위해 시간, 돈, 재능, 몸 등을 구체적으로 투자하는 의지와 결단까지 나아가게 하옵소서.
 
그러나 행위를 통해 빚어진 신앙이 나의 의와 공로가 되지 않게 하시고, 또 다른 신앙의 차원인 하나님과의 신뢰 관계와 신비 차원도 건강하게 자리잡기를 원합니다.
 
우리 부모와 자녀가 헌신을 통해서만 맛볼 수 있는 신앙의 깊고 성숙한 차원까지 이르기를 원합니다.
 
교회와 가정의 신앙교육이 의지, 긍정적 사고 등 인간적 차원의 헌신이 아니라 나와 함께하시고, 사랑으로 역사하시는 하나님께 헌신의 토대를 두는 진정한 헌신 교육이 있게 하옵소서.

May a faith of devotion be formed.

God, who has formed and matured faith through devotion toward You, we desire that parents and children joyfully participate in and dedicate themselves to the calling for You and Your Kingdom.

We know that faith does not remain merely in the head and heart.

May our faith become one that willingly moves toward devotion because we love God.

May we create a new identity narrative through the story of Jesus Christ, and may we advance to the will and determination to concretely invest our time, money, talents, and bodies for the calling and mission of Your Kingdom.

However, may faith formed through works not become my own righteousness and merit, and may another dimension of faith—a relationship of trust with God and the dimension of mystery—be established healthily.

We desire that our parents and children reach the deep and mature dimension of faith that can only be experienced through devotion.

May faith education in the church and home be not merely devotion at the human level, such as willpower and positive thinking, but true devotion education that places the foundation of devotion upon God, who is with us and works through love.

I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
