청소년기 자녀의 인지가 건강하게 발달하게 하소서
 
오늘도 살아계셔서 역사하시는 아버지 하나님, 우리 자녀의 삶 깊숙이 임재하셔서 지키시고 인도해주심에 감사드립니다.
 
자녀가 믿음의 눈을 떠서 하나님의 동행하심과 일하심을 보게 하시고, 신앙 안에 삶의 의미와 목적을 찾게 하옵소서.
 
청소년기의 자녀가 구체적인 자료나 경험이 없이도 가설을 세우고 검증이 가능할만큼 사고와 인지가 확장되는 시기를 보내게 하심에 감사를 드립니다.
 
학업을 통하여 세상의 이치들을 배우며 직면한 문제들에 대해 체계적으로 검증하고 논리적으로 구성하여 해결하려는 모습을 봅니다.
 
자녀들에게 힘과 용기를 주시고, 확장된 사고와 신앙이 분리되지 않게 하시며 여호와를 경외하는 것이 그들의 선택과 결정에 가장 큰 기준이 되게 하여 주옵소서.
 
또한, 지식을 자신의 논리와 기독교 세계관으로 잘 받아들일 수 있도록 인도하여 주옵소서.
 
하나님을 이해하는 폭도 넓어지게 하시고, 말씀을 읽을 때에도 자녀의 모든 이성과 감성을 사용하여 하나님을 만나게 하여 주옵소서.
 
자녀의 가진 능력을 한계 짓지 않는 부모가 되게 하옵소서.

Let your adolescent child’s cognitive development develop healthily.

Father God, who is alive and working today, I thank you for being deeply present in the lives of our children, protecting and guiding them.

Please help your children open their eyes to faith and see God's companionship and work, and help them find meaning and purpose in life through faith.

We thank you for allowing your adolescent child to spend a period of time expanding his or her thinking and cognition to the point where he or she can formulate and test hypotheses even without specific data or experience.

Through their studies, they learn about the principles of the world and see how they systematically examine the problems they face and organize them logically to solve them.

Please give your children strength and courage, ensure that expanded thinking and faith are not separated, and make the fear of the Lord the greatest standard in their choices and decisions.

Also, please guide us so that we can well accept knowledge through our own logic and Christian worldview.

Please help your children broaden their understanding of God and help them meet God using all their reason and emotions when reading the Word.

Please help me become a parent who does not limit my children’s abilities.
