공동체 교육을 통해 개인적이고 이기적인 본성에서 벗어나 이웃을 귀히 여기면서 함께 더불어 살아가는 기쁨을 알게 하옵소서.
 
교사와 교사가, 학생과 학생이, 교사와 학부모가 서로 소통하면서 배움과 나눔의 건전한 공동체를 이루게 하옵소서.
 
신앙과 학업이 연계되는 교육을 통해 모든 지식을 문자로만이 아닌 믿음과 삶으로 깨달아 배움의 기쁨을 알고, 성적이 아닌 각자의 은사와 소명에 따라 자라나게 하옵소서.
 
이밖에도 기독교대안학교가 이 시대 가운데 가져야 할 대안성이 무엇인가 고민하고 응답하게 하옵소서.
