(Ecclesiastes 9:16~17 소망) Then I said : "Wisdom is better than strength. Neverthless the poor man's wisdom is despised, And his words are not heard. Words of the wise, spoken quietly, should be heard Rather than the shout of a ruler of fools. 하나님은 주의 자녀에게 지혜를 베푸시어 구원을 이루시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 전도자는 모든 것을 마음에 두고 살핀즉 의인들이나 지혜자들이나 그들의 행위가 다 하나님의 손 안에 있다고 했다. 또한, 모든 사람에게 임하는 모든 것이 일반이며, 선인과 죄인, 맹세하는 자와 맹세하기를 무서워하는 자가 일반이라 하며, 해 아래 행해지는 모든 일 중 인생의 마음에 악이 가득하여 평생 미친 마음을 품고 있다가 후에는 죽은 자들에게 가는 것이라고 했다. 또한, 산 개가 죽은 사자보다 나은 것처럼 모든 산 자들 중에 들어있는 자에게 소망이 있다고 하며, 기쁨으로 가서 즐거운 마음으로 음식물을 먹고 포도주를 마실 것은 하나님이 그 일을 받으셨기 때문이라 했다. 아멘 

God is the One who gives wisdom to His children and accomplishes salvation. In today's text, the Evangelist said that everything is in the mind and that the righteous and the wise, and their actions are all in God's hands. He also said that everything that happens to all people is common, and that the good and the sinner, the swearer and the one who is afraid to swear are all common. He also said that among all things done under the sun, the heart of man is full of evil, and he harbors madness throughout his life and later goes to the dead. He also said that there is hope for those who are among all the living, just as a living dog is better than a dead lion, and that they should go with joy, eat food and drink wine with a joyful heart, because God has accepted it. Amen.
