국사교육을 통해 하나님의 뜻과 진리를 발견하게 하소서
 
역사의 주인이신 하나님, 역사를 이끄시는 하나님의 선하신 통치가 우리나라와 세계에 드러나고 찬양받으시기를 원합니다.
 
무엇보다 국사교과를 통해 하나님의 역사적 통치와 주권이 알려지고 인정되게 하옵소서.
 
국사교과를 통해 과거를 올바로 알고, 그로부터 현재와 미래를 바라보는 지혜로운 눈을 갖게 하옵소서.
 
다양한 관점과 가치관들이 서로 충돌하거나 보다 힘 있는 쪽이 다른 쪽들을 억압하지 않게 하시고, 창조적으로 조화를 이루어 현재와 미래를 위해 보다 건강하고 선한 지혜가 길러지고 또한 힘이 모아지게 하옵소서.
 
특히 국사(역사)를 왜곡하거나, 바꾸거나, 부정하려는 시도와 힘 있는 사람들이 원하는 대로 국사를 가르치려는 그릇된 시도들을 막아 주옵소서.
 
국사(역사)교과를 통해 길러진 국사에 대한 바르고 건강한 이해와 태도를 토대로 우리의 역사와 우리나라를 더 사랑할 뿐만 아니라 다른 나라와 문화에 대한 이해와 배려도 함께 길러지게 하옵소서.
 
이를 위해 다양한 수준에서 국사 교과과정이 개발되게 하시고, 교사의 교과 전문성과 교육 수월성이 성장하여 무엇보다 모든 역사의 주인으로 통치하시는 하나님께 교육의 주권을 넘겨드리는 거룩한 변화가 있게 하옵소서.

Let us discover God’s will and truth through national history education.

God, the master of history, may your good rule that leads history be revealed and praised in our country and the world.

Above all, may God’s historical rule and sovereignty be known and recognized through national history education.

May you have a correct understanding of the past through national history education, and may you have wise eyes that look to the present and the future from that.

May you prevent various viewpoints and values from clashing with each other or for the more powerful to suppress the others, and may you create creative harmony so that healthier and better wisdom can be fostered and strength can be gathered for the present and the future.

In particular, may you block attempts to distort, change, or deny national history and the wrong attempts of those in power to teach national history as they wish.

May you not only love our history and our country more based on the correct and healthy understanding and attitude toward national history fostered through national history education, but also foster understanding and consideration for other countries and cultures.

To this end, please develop the national history curriculum at various levels, and let the teachers' subject expertise and teaching skills grow, and above all, let there be a holy change that hands over the sovereignty of education to God, who rules as the master of all history.
