유아기 자녀에게 자율성이 형성되게 하소서
 
우리 자녀를 창조하신 하나님, 유아기를 맞이한 자녀가 스스로 앉고, 서고, 스스로 먹기 시작하면서 부모로서 '혼자서도 잘한다'는 칭찬을 자주 하게 됩니다.
 
어떤 점은 아쉽기도 하지만 아이가 스스로 한 것들을 보며 자랑스러워할 때 부모로서 뿌듯하기도 하고 대견스럽습니다.
 
자기 스스로 밥을 먹고, 신발을 신고, 빨대를 꽂는 것 등이 부모의 눈에는 미숙하고 불완전해 보이지만, 자녀가 자율성을 가지고 행하는 모든 일을 격려하는 부모가 되게 하옵소서.
 
스스로 해보는 연습을 한 아이가 자기 주도적 삶을 사는 힘이 길러지는 것을 아오니, 불완전함과 실패를 두려워하지 말게 하옵소서.
 
자녀가 실패했을 때 나무라지 말게 하시며, 건강한 자율성의 확립으로 어떤 일이든 스스로 하고자 하는 '의지'라는 힘이 생기게 하옵소서.
 
그리하여 우리 자녀가 서서히 부모에게서 독립해 나가는 준비를 할 때, 그 준비를 기쁨으로 돕는 부모가 되게 하여 주옵소서.
 
스스로 하나님과 독대하는 그 시간까지 바른 자아와 맑은 영으로 성장하도록 오늘도 기도하면서 지키는 부모가 되게 하옵소서.

Please help our children develop autonomy during their infancy.

God, who created our children, as our children begin to sit, stand, and eat on their own, as parents, we often praise them for doing well on their own.

Although there are some regrets, we are also proud and proud when we see our children do things on their own.

Eating, putting on shoes, and inserting straws on their own may seem immature and imperfect to parents, but please help us become parents who encourage our children to do everything they do with autonomy.

As children who practice doing things on their own grow the power to lead a self-directed life, please help us not fear imperfection and failure.

Please do not scold our children when they fail, but help them develop the power of ‘will’ to do anything on their own by establishing healthy autonomy.

So that our children gradually prepare to become independent from their parents, please help us become parents who joyfully help them prepare.

Please let us become parents who pray and protect our children today so that they can grow up with a righteous self and a clear spirit until the time when they can be alone with God.
