학령기 자녀의 신앙이 건강하게 성장하게 하소서
 
하나님, 우리의 자녀들이 부모와의 울타리에서 주로 살아가다가 학교에 처음 입학하여 선생님과 친구들을 만나고 공동체 생활을 진지하게 시작하게 하시니 감사합니다.
 
소속감이 중요한 이 시기에 학교생활도 잘 적응하여 가정과 학교 모두에서 신앙의 좋은 양분들을 얻게 되기를 간구합니다.
 
가정과 교회는 물론 학교에서 듣게 되는 여러 이야기와 관습들에 영향을 받게 하셨으니, 곳곳에서 선한 이야기들과 좋은 신앙 이야기들을 많이 만나가 하시기를 원합니다.
 
또한 그것을 토대로 세상을 바라보는 눈이 건강하게 형성되게 하옵소서.
 
다른 사람의 관점에서 바라보는 힘을 주셨으니 그를 통해 공정하고 바람직한 도덕 개념이 형성되게 하시기를 원합니다.
 
아직은 성경의 메시지를 온전히 알지 못할 때가 많고 문자적으로 이해하는 자녀에게 넉넉한 여유로 가르치는 부모 되게 하옵소서.
 
가정과 교회에서 부모와 교사를 통해 바람직한 신앙생활 태도가 형성되고, 좋은 신앙 습관들이 자리 잡게 하옵소서.
 
건강한 신앙공동체를 허락하여 주셔서 아이가 꾸준히 공동체 안에서 성장하고 선한 영향력을 발하게 하옵소서.

May the faith of school-age children grow healthily

God, thank you for allowing our children to live mainly within the confines of their parents, but to enter school for the first time, meet teachers and friends, and begin to seriously live in a community.

I pray that they will adapt well to school life during this important time when a sense of belonging is important, and that they will receive good nourishment of faith from both home and school.

You have influenced them with many stories and customs that they hear at home, church, and school, so I hope that they will encounter many good stories and good stories of faith everywhere.

Also, please help them form healthy eyes to see the world based on that.

You have given them the power to see from other people’s perspectives, so I hope that they will form fair and desirable moral concepts through that.

Please help us to be parents who teach our children who often do not fully understand the message of the Bible and understand it literally, with ample room to spare.

Please help them form desirable attitudes toward religious life and establish good religious habits through parents and teachers at home and church.

Please grant me a healthy faith community so that my child can grow steadily within the community and exert good influence.
