(Isaiah 16:5 왕위) In mercy the throne will be established; And One will sit on it in truth, in the tabernacle of David, Judging and seeking justice and hastening righteousness.” 하나님은 주의 자녀를 위해 왕위를 굳게 세우시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 "너희는 이 땅 통치자에게 어린 양들을 드리되 셀라에서부터 광야를 지나 딸 시온산으로 보낼지니라"고 하며 요압의 딸들은 아르논 나루에서 떠다니는 새 같다고 하였다. 또한 그에게 방도를 베풀며 공의로 판결하며 쫓겨난 자들을 숨기며 도망한 자들을 발각되게 하지 말라고 하시며 모압은 멸절하는 자 앞에서 그들에게 피할 곳이 되라고 하며 다윗의 장막에 인자함으로 왕위가 굳게 서며 그 위에 앉을 자는 충실함으로 판결할 것이라고 하며 모압의 거만, 교만과 자랑이 헛되다고 하였다. 공의와 정의를 행하시는 주를 찬양한다.
