(Isaiah 18:7 시온) In that time a present will be brought to the LORD of hosts From a people terrible from their beginning onward, A nation powerful and treading down, Whose land the rivers divide-To the place of the name of the LORD of hosts, To Mount Zion. 하나님은 주의 자녀의 예물을 통해 주의 일을 이루시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 '슬프다 구스의 강 건너편 날개치는 소리 나는 땅이여'라고 하며 갈대배를 물에 띄우고 그 사자를 수로로 보내며 경첩한 사자들은 강들이 흘러 나누인 나라로 가되 장대하고 준수한 백성에게 가라고 하였다. 또한 세상의 모든 거민은 산들 위에 기호를 세우거든 보고 들으라고 하며, 주께서 '내가 나의 처소에서 종용히 감찰함이 쬐이는 일광 같고 가울 더위에 운무 같도다'라고 하셨다고 하며 주께서 낫으로 연한 가지를 베며, 가지를 찍어 산 독수리와 딸 짐승에게 끼쳐줄 것이라고 하며 강대한 백성으로부터 예물을 가지고 시온산에 이를 것이라 했다. 아멘

God is the one who accomplishes His work through the offerings of His children. In today's text, He said, "Alas, the land of the beating of wings, beyond the rivers of Cush!" He set a reed boat afloat on the water and sent the messengers into the waterway, and the messengers who were fastened went to the country divided by the rivers, to a tall and beautiful people. He also said, "All the inhabitants of the earth, look and listen when you set up a sign on the mountains, and the Lord said, 'I look quietly from my dwelling place, like the sunlight in the heat of autumn, like mist in the heat of autumn.'" He said, "I will cut off the tender branches with a sickle and cut off the branches to give to the living eagles and the daughters of the beasts, and I will bring gifts from the mighty people to Mount Zion. Amen.
