(Isaiah 31:5~6 보호) Like birds flying about, So will the LORD of hosts defend Jerusalem. Defending, He will also deliver it; Passing over, He will preserve it. "Return to Him against whom the children of Israel have deeply revolted. 하나님은 주의 자녀를 보호하시고 건지시며 구원하시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 도움을 구하러 애굽으로 내려가는 자들은 화있을 것이라 하시며 그들이 이스라엘의 거룩한 이를 의지하지 않았다고 했다. 또한 주께서 그의 말씀들을 변하게 하지 아니하시고 악행하는 자들의 집을 치실 것이라 하시고 애굽의 신은 신이 아니요 영이 아니며 여호와께서는 새가 날개치며 그 새끼를 보호함같이 보호하시고 예루살렘을 보호, 호위하시고 구원하실 것이라고 하며 앗수르 칼에 엎드러질 것이나 사람의 칼이 아니며 그의 반석은 두려움으로 물러갈 것이라 했다. 주의 돌보시는 말씀에 감사한다.

God is the one who protects, rescues, and saves His children. In today's text, He said, "Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help," because they did not trust in the Holy One of Israel. He also said, "The Lord will not change His words, but will strike the house of the evildoers." He said, "The gods of Egypt are not gods, nor spirits; the Lord protects them as a bird protects its young on wings; He will protect, guard, and save Jerusalem." He said, "They will fall by the sword of Assyria, but not by the sword of man; His rock will turn back in fear." I am thankful for the words of the Lord who cares.
