스마트폰에 대한 절제의 힘을 주소서

 

좋은 것을 우리 손에 쥐어주시는 하나님 아버지, 주님을 본받아 우리도 자녀에게 좋은 것을 쥐어주는 부모가 되기를 원합니다.

 

하지만 막상 현실은 식당에서나 외출을 해서나 자녀가 무료해 하는 시간에 스마트폰을 쉽게 내어주는 부모임을 고백합니다.

 

또 자녀의 친구들이 모두 가지고 있기에 시대의 흐름에 따라 자녀에게 스마트폰을 개통해주는 것도 사실입니다.

 

하지만 하나님, 자녀가 더 이상 스마트폰으로 인해 자신의 학업뿐 아니라 삶을 방해받지 않기를 원합니다.

 

또 부모인 우리도 스마트 폰으로부터 자유로운 사람이 되길 원합니다.

 

출퇴근 길, 집에서의 여가 시간 등에 무심코 하는 SNS나 인터넷 기사, 동영상 보기 등이 이미 우리의 삶 속 깊숙히 지배하여 스마트폰이 없으면 불안하거나 조급해 하는 마음도 생깁니다.

 

먼저 부모인 제가 자녀 앞에서 스마트폰을 절제하는 모습을 보이게 하옵소서.

 

이 결단이 우리의 삶의 변화로 이어지게 하옵소서.

 

또한 가정에서 부모와 자녀가 함께 스마트폰을 절제할 수 있는 약속을 하고, 삶의 다른 것들로 풍성히 채우게 하옵소서.

 

예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

Please give us the power to restrain ourselves from using smartphones

God the Father, who gives us good things, let us follow in your footsteps and become parents who give our children good things.

However, I confess that in reality, parents easily give their children smartphones when they are bored, whether at a restaurant or when they are out.

It is also true that we give our children smartphones because all of their friends have them, following the trend of the times.

However, God, I want my children to no longer be interrupted by their studies or their lives because of their smartphones.

I also want us, as parents, to be free from smartphones.

Throughout our lives, such as on our way to and from work, or during our free time at home, we have already become deeply involved in SNS, internet articles, and videos, and we become anxious or impatient when we do not have our smartphones.

First, please let me, as a parent, show my children that I am restraining myself from using my smartphone.

Let this decision lead to changes in our lives.

Also, let us make a promise with parents and children to restrain their smartphones at home and fill our lives with other things.
