긍휼 교육을 회복시키소서
 
모든 영혼을 긍휼히 여기시는 하나님, 우리가 하나님의 부르심에 반응하여 교육의 영역에서 긍휼의 마음을 갖게 하시니 감사합니다.
 
주님, 자녀들의 학교와 세상은 소외와 억압이 가득합니다.
 
여러 가지 경쟁의 요소들로 가진 자는 못 가진 자를, 강한 자는 약자를, 갑은 을을 소외시키며 억압합니다.
 
소외와 억압을 당한 사람들은 분노하기도 하고 때로는 절망하기도 합니다.
 
하나님, 우리의 교육을 고쳐 주옵소서.
 
교육의 현장 속에서 자녀들이 지극히 작은 자를 돌볼 줄 아는 긍휼한 사람들이 되게 해 주옵소서.
 
사랑을 갖고 있는 사람들이 이 세상을 치유할 수 있다는 사실을 알고, 긍휼교육이 회복되게 하옵소서.
 
긍휼의 시작이 예수님의 사랑임을 알기에, 부모인 우리에게 먼저 그 사랑이 자리 잡기를 소망합니다.
 
학교의 현장에서 교육을 통하여 사랑의 눈으로 주변을 보고, 돌보는 일을 배우게 하옵소서.
 
교회가, 우리들의 가정이, 그리고 학교가 다른 사람을 사랑할 수 있는 사람들로 자녀들을 키워낼 수 있도록 노력하게 하옵소서.

Restore Compassionate Education

God, who has compassion on all souls, thank you for allowing us to respond to your call and cultivate compassionate hearts in the realm of education.

Lord, our children's schools and the world are filled with alienation and oppression.

Due to various competitive forces, the rich marginalize and oppress the poor, the powerful marginalize and oppress the weak, and the powerful marginalize and oppress the weak.

Those who experience alienation and oppression are filled with anger and sometimes despair.

God, please heal our education.

In the educational field, may our children become compassionate people who know how to care for the least of these.

Restore compassionate education, knowing that those who have love can heal this world.

Knowing that the love of Jesus is the beginning of compassion, we pray that this love will take root first in us as parents.

Through education in schools, may we learn to see our surroundings with eyes of love and to care for others.

May the church, our families, and our schools strive to raise children who love others.

In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
