시험에 대해 부모가 건강한 가치와 태도를 갖게 하소서
 
최고의 선물을 자녀로 주신 하나님, 하나님께서 주신 믿음의 자녀가 아름답게 자라나 시험을 맞이하게 되었습니다.
 
시험을 마주하는 우리가 세상의 많은 부모들과 같은 방법과 기준으로 자녀를 대하지 않게 하옵소서.
 
믿음의 부모 된 우리는 시험에 대해 구별된 기준과 방법을 가지기를 원합니다.
 
무엇보다 결과만 좋으면 어떠한 방법을 써도 상관없다는 식의 가치관으로 자녀를 기르지 말게 하시고, 자녀가 정직하고 바르게 시험을 대하며 준비하는 과정 가운데서도 성실과 충실함으로 나아가도록 돕는 조력자가 되게 하옵소서.
 
주변에서 들리는 수많은 소리에 자녀를 비교하지 않게 하시고 시험이 자녀의 인생의 한 관문이며 자라나는 과정임을 겸허히 받아들이는 부모되게 하옵소서.
 
하나님께서 우리를 믿고 신뢰하듯 우리 역시 자녀들을 신뢰하며 그들의 든든한 버팀목이 될 수 있도록 부모인 우리가 먼저 성장하고 자라게 하옵소서.

May parents have healthy values and attitudes toward exams.

God, you have given us the greatest gift of all: children. Your children of faith have grown beautifully and are now facing trials.

As we face trials, may we not approach our children with the same methods and standards as many parents in the world.

As parents of faith, we desire to have distinct standards and methods regarding exams.

Above all, may we not raise our children with the value system that says any method is fine as long as the results are good. Instead, may we be supporters who help our children approach exams honestly and correctly, and who advance with sincerity and faithfulness during the preparation process.

May we not compare our children to the countless voices around us, but may we be parents who humbly accept that exams are a gateway to our children's lives and a part of their growth.

Just as God trusts and believes in us, may we trust our children and be their strong supporters, allowing us to grow and develop first.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
