(Zephaniah 2:7 지경) The coast shall be for the remnant of the house of Judah; They shall feed their flocks there; In the houses of Ashkelon they shall lie down at evening. For the Lord their God will intervene for them, And return their captives. 하나님은 주의 자녀를 위하여 그 거할 처소를 주시며 지경을 넓히시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 '수치를 모르는 백성아 모일지어다' 하며 여호와의 분노의 날이 너희에게 이르기 전에 그리할지어다'하며, 여호와의 규례를 지키는 세상의 모든 겸손한 자들은 여호와를 찾으며 겸손과 공의를 구하면 혹시 여호와의 분노의 날에 숨김을 얻을 것이라 했다. 또한 가사, 아스글론, 아스돗, 해변 그렛 족속에게 화있을 것이라 하며 가나안은 주민이 없겠고 그 지경은 유다 족속의 남은 자에게 돌아가고 그들이 거기서 양떼를 먹이고 하나님이 그들을 돌아보사 그들의 사로잡힘를 면하게 할 것이라 했다. 또한 모압은 소돔, 암몬은 고모라같이 되어 영원히 황폐하리라 했다. 아멘

God is the One who provides a dwelling place for His children and expands their territory. In today's text, it says, "Gather together, you people who know no shame, before the day of the Lord's anger comes upon you." All the humble of the earth who keep His decrees seek the Lord and seek humility and righteousness, perhaps they will be hidden on the day of His anger. Woe to Gaza, Ashkelon, Ashdod, and the Cherethites by the sea! Canaan will be desolate, and its territory will be given to the remnant of the house of Judah, who will graze their flocks there. God will protect them and save them from exile. Moab will become like Sodom, and Ammon like Gomorrah, a desolate waste forever. Amen.
