God is the One who causes His children to dwell on His holy mountain. In today's text, He says, "I am jealous for Zion with great jealousy; I am jealous with wrath." He declares that the Lord will return from Zion and dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. Jerusalem will be called the City of Truth, and the mountain of the Lord will be called the Holy Mountain. He also declares that old men and old women will once again sit in the streets, and the streets of the city will be filled with young men and young women. He will rescue His people from the land of the rising sun and the land of the setting sun, and He will be their God in truth and righteousness. He also declares that through the construction of the temple, He will give them the seed of peace, the fruit of the land, and Judah and Israel will be a blessing. Amen.
