그릇된 교육 속에서 분별력을 가진 부모 되게 하소서
 
하나님, 하나님의 뜻이 하늘에서 이루어진 것처럼 땅에서도 이루어지기를 소망하며 기도합니다.
 
말씀에 비추어 자녀 양육에 있어서도 하나님의 뜻이 어디에 있는지를 구하고 그 뜻을 이루어 가야 함에도 사회의 전통과 관습을 따르려 하고 세상의 교육 풍토를 따르려는 생각과 의식이 앞서 갔음을 고백합니다.
 
다른 학부모와 교제하면서 세상의 교육방식에 왜곡되고 그릇된 것이 있음을 알면서도, 내 자녀에게 유리하거나 좋으면 여과 없이 수용했습니다.
 
잘못된 교육임을 뻔히 알면서도 내 자녀가 뒤처질까 봐 불안해하며 따랐습니다.
 
우리를 긍휼히 여겨 주옵소서.
 
지혜의 근본이신 하나님, 이제는 하나님의 뜻을 이루는 데 방해가 되는 세상적인 전통과 관습, 우리나라 문화와 사회적인 교육풍토를 분별하기를 원합니다.
 
우리도 모르게 무의식 속에 가득 지배 받고 있는 교육 풍토로부터 벗어나 하나님의 새로운 교육의 열정을 불어넣는 기독학부모가 되게 하옵소서.
 
분별과 지혜의 영을 우리에게 허락하옵소서.

Help us become parents with discernment amidst flawed education.

God, I pray and hope that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

In light of the Word, we should seek to understand and fulfill Your will in raising our children. However, I confess that I have been preoccupied with following societal traditions and customs and the world's educational climate.

While interacting with other parents, I recognized the distortions and flaws in worldly educational methods, yet I unhesitatingly accepted them if they were beneficial or beneficial to my child.

Even though I clearly knew they were flawed, I followed them, fearing my child would fall behind.

Have mercy on us.

God, the source of wisdom, I now pray that we discern the worldly traditions and customs, as well as our country's cultural and social educational climate, that hinder the fulfillment of Your will.

Please free us from the educational climate that has unconsciously dominated us, and become Christian parents who breathe new passion into God's education.

Grant us the spirit of discernment and wisdom.
