바른 기독교 세계관을 갖게 하소서
 
하나님, 외모 지상주의, 성공 신화, 경쟁주의, 직업 귀천 의식 등 우리를 흔드는 수많은 소리가 있습니다.
 
우리의 귀가 하나님의 소리가 아닌 다른 소리에 사로잡히고 있습니다.
 
믿음이 이긴다고 고백하지만 여러 소리들 가운데 흔들리는 우리를 붙들어 주옵소서.
 
사람의 가치를 돈과 학벌 등 물질로 판단하는 세상 속에서 하나님의 형상대로 지음받은 가치를 찾게 하옵소서.
 
또한 나를 위해 공부하고, 더 많은 힘과 돈을 가지기 위해 공부해야 한다고 말하는 세상 속에서 이웃을 위해, 하나님 나라를 위해 공부하는 가치를 찾게 하옵소서.
 
하나님의 선하시고 기뻐하시고 온전하신 뜻을 분별하는 지혜가 우리 안에 있기를 원합니다.
 
이 세대를 본받지 않는 믿음의 용기가 있기를 원합니다.
 
하나님의 말씀으로 자녀와 교육을 보고, 하나님의 말씀으로 생각하며, 하나님의 말씀으로 양육하고 살아가는 기독학부모 되게 하옵소서.
 
헛된 세계관이 우리를 사로잡지 못하게 조심하고, 주님이 주신 기독교 세계관으로 삶을 전환시키게 하옵소서.

Please help us to have a sound Christian worldview.

God, there are countless voices that shake us: lookism, the myth of success, competition, and the notion of the noble and humble occupation.

Our ears are captivated by voices other than Yours.

We profess that faith triumphs, but please hold us as we waver amidst the many voices.

In a world that judges a person's worth by material things like money and academic background, please help us discover the value of being created in Your image.

Furthermore, in a world that tells us we must study for ourselves, to gain more power and wealth, please help us discover the value of studying for our neighbors and for the kingdom of God.

May we have the wisdom to discern God's good, pleasing, and perfect will.

May we have the courage of faith that does not conform to the mold of this generation.

May we become Christian parents who view our children and their education through Your Word, think through Your Word, and raise and live by Your Word.

May we be careful not to allow a false worldview to take hold of us, and may we transform our lives into the Christian worldview You have given us.

In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
