학교 밖 청소년들을 기억하소서
 
하나님, 이 땅에는 학교라는 울타리를 벗어난 자녀들도 있음을 고백합니다.
 
학교 밖 청소년들이 소수라고 하여, 사회와 가정이 등 돌리지 않게 하옵소서.
 
정규 학교의 울타리를 벗어나서는 이 사회에서 '학생'으로 인정받지 못하는 것이 지금의 현실입니다.
 
하나님, 정규 학교를 통해서든 제도 밖에서 여러 배움을 통해서든 이 땅의 자녀들이 동일하게 교육 받고, 삶을 누리는 일들이 당연히 보장되게 하옵소서.
 
모든 자녀들에게는 평생에 걸쳐 학습하고, 능력과 적성에 따라 다양하게 교육받을 권리가 있다는 것을 잊지 말게 하옵소서.
 
자녀들의 당연한 권리 보장을 위하여 교육의 범주가 학교에만 국한되는 것이 아니라 넓어지게 하옵소서.
 
학교 밖 청소년 권리 보장을 위한 법적인 검토를 통하여 안전한 학습권이 조성되게 하시고 사회 복지, 인권의 차원을 넘어 교육적 차원의 지원이 이루어지게 하옵소서.
 
교육적 지원으로 학교 밖 청소년이 건강한 사회구성원으로 성장하게 하옵소서.
 
이 땅의 모든 자녀를 동일하게 사랑하시는 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

Remember the out-of-school youth.

God, I confess that there are children in this land who have left the confines of school.

Please do not let society and families turn their backs on out-of-school youth because they are a minority.

The reality today is that those who leave the confines of regular school are not recognized as "students" in this society.

God, ensure that the children of this land receive equal education and enjoy life, whether through regular school or through various learning opportunities outside the system.

Let us not forget that all children have the right to learn throughout their lives and to receive a diverse education according to their abilities and aptitudes.

To ensure the protection of children's rights, please expand the scope of education beyond school.

Please ensure that the legal review of the rights of out-of-school youth fosters a safe learning environment and ensure that educational support extends beyond social welfare and human rights.

Please help out-of-school youth grow into healthy members of society through educational support.
