(Romans 6:4 연합) Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 하나님은 주의 자녀를 예수 그리스도와 합하여 하나되게 하시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 우리가 은혜를 더하게 하려고 죄에 거할 수 없다고 하며 그리스도 예수와 합하여 세례를 받은 우리는 그와 함께 장사되었으며 이는 아버지의 영광으로 그리스도를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리심 같이 우리로 새생명 가운데 행하기 위함이라 했다. 또한 우리가 그의 죽으심과 같은 모양으로 연합한 자가 되었으면 그의 부활과 같은 모양으로 연합한 자가 될 것이라 하고 우리의 옛사람이 예수와 함께 십자가에 못박힌 것은 죄의 몸이 죽어 우리가 죄에게 종노릇하지 아니하려 함이라 하고 그와 함께 우리가 살며 몸의 사욕에 순종치말고 의의 무기로 우리를 드리라 했다. 주를 찬양한다.

God is the One who unites His children with Jesus Christ, making them one. Today's passage states that we cannot remain in sin so that grace may increase, and that we, who have been baptized into Christ Jesus, have been buried with Him, so that we may walk in newness of life, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father. Furthermore, it says that if we have been united with Him in a death like His, we will be united with Him in a resurrection like His. It also states that our old self was crucified with Jesus so that the body of sin might be destroyed and we might not be slaves to sin, and that we live with Him, not obeying the desires of the flesh, but offering ourselves as instruments of righteousness. Praise the Lord.
