말씀을 사랑하는 자녀 되게 하소서
 
늘 우리에게 말씀으로 가르치시는 하나님, 감사합니다.
 
하나님의 뜻을 가장 잘 알 수 있는 통로인 하나님 말씀을 자녀가 어려서부터 가까이 하기를 소망합니다.
 
부모인 제가 이를 위하여 더욱 기도하고, 가르치게 하옵소서.
 
단순히 말씀을 읽으라고 권면하는 것에 그치는 것이 아니라 함께 말씀을 읽고, 묵상할 수 있는 가정 환경을 만들 수 있는 지혜를 더하여 주옵소서.
 
또한 하나님의 말씀을 가까이할 수 있는 여러 방법들을 가르치고, 자녀에게 맞는 적합한 방법을 찾게 하옵소서.
 
말씀을 읽고, 쓰고, 암송하고, 묵상하는 방법들을 통하여 자녀가 말씀 속에 담겨진 하나님의 뜻을 찾고, 하나님의 숨결을 느끼고, 자신의 삶의 열쇠를 발견하게 하옵소서.
 
더불어 단순히 말씀을 읽고, 하나님의 뜻을 알기에만 그치길 원하지 않습니다.
 
말씀대로 살아가는 용기와 믿음을 자녀에게 더하여 주셔서 믿음의 조상들처럼 말씀의 능력이 살아 숨 쉬는 자녀로 자라나게 하옵소서.

May they become children who love the Word.

Thank you, God, for always teaching us through the Word.

I hope that my children will draw near to the Word of God from a young age, as it is the channel through which we can best understand God's will.

As a parent, may I pray and teach them even more for this purpose.

Please grant me the wisdom to create a home environment where we can read and meditate on the Word together, rather than merely encouraging them to read it.

Furthermore, may I teach them various ways to draw near to God's Word and find the appropriate methods suited to my children.

Through methods of reading, writing, memorizing, and meditating on the Word, may my children discover God's will contained within it, feel God's breath, and find the key to their own lives.

Moreover, I do not wish for them to stop at merely reading the Word and knowing God's will.

Please grant my children the courage and faith to live according to the Word, so that they may grow into children in whom the power of the Word lives and breathes, just like the ancestors of faith.
