섬김을 실천하는 가정이 되게 하소서
 
하나님, 섬김의 본으로 예수님을 이 땅에 보내 주셔서, 자신의 만족과 유익을 위해 살아가는 우리의 눈을 들어 이웃과 세상을 바라보게 하시니 감사합니다.
 
저희가 아무리 많은 것을 소유하고 누린다 해도 사랑이 없으면 아무 것도 아님을 깨닫게 하시고, 가진 것이 없을지라도 사랑하고 섬길 수 있는 넉넉한 마음을 허락하여 주옵소서.
 
가정에서부터 나눔과 섬김을 실천함을 통해 자녀들로 하여금 작은 하나님 나라를 경험하게 하길 원합니다.
 
이웃을 위해, 친구를 위해 시간과 물질을 내어주는 것을 아까워하지 않게 하시고, 사랑할 만한 친구뿐 아니라 사랑이 필요한 친구들에게 나아가 우리가 주님께 받은 사랑의 섬김을 실천하게 하옵소서.
 
어릴 때부터 제자들의 발을 씻어주신 주님의 마음을 품는 우리 자녀가 되게 하시고 삶을 사랑으로 단단하게 뭉치게 하사 인생의 연수가 길어질수록 섬김의 깊이도 깊어지게 하옵소서.
 
그리하여 학교와 세상에서, 친구들과 이웃과의 관계 속에서 작은 예수로 사랑을 실천하는 믿음의 자녀와 우리의 가정이 되게 하옵소서.

May we become a family that practices service.

God, thank you for sending Jesus to this earth as an example of service, enabling us to lift our eyes—which often live for our own satisfaction and benefit—to look toward our neighbors and the world.

Help us realize that no matter how much we possess and enjoy, without love, it is nothing. Grant us a generous heart to love and serve, even when we have nothing.

We desire that our children experience a small Kingdom of God by practicing sharing and service starting from our homes.

May we not begrudge giving our time and material possessions for our neighbors and friends. May we go beyond loving friends to those in need of love, putting into practice the service of love we have received from the Lord.

May our children embrace the heart of the Lord, who washed the feet of His disciples from a young age. May our lives be firmly bound together by love, so that as our years of life lengthen, the depth of our service may grow.

Thus, may our children of faith and our families become those who practice love as "little Jesuses" in school, in the world, and in our relationships with friends and neighbors. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
