(1Corinthians 14:26 질서) How is it then, brethren? Whenever you come together, each of you has a psalm, has a teaching, has a tongue, has a revelation, has an interpretation. Let all things be done for edification. 하나님은 주의 자녀를 통해 주의 덕을 이루어가시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 사랑을 추구하고 신령한 것을 사모하며 특별히 예언을 하라 하시며 방언은 사람에게 하지 아니하고 하나님께 하는 것으로 영으로 비밀을 말하는 것이며, 예언하는 자는 사람에게 말하며 덕세우며 권면하며 위로하기 때문이라 했다. 또한 바울은 그들이 다 방언 말하기를 원하고 특별히 예언하기를 원한다 하고 그들이 영적인 것을 사모하는 자인즉 교회의 덕을 세우기 위하여 그것이 풍성하길 구하며 방언 말하는 자는 통역하기를 기도하라고 하였다. 또한 지혜에는 아이가 되지 말하고 하며 악에는 어린아이가 되라 하며 하나님은 화평의 하나님이라 했다. 아멘

God is the One who brings His virtue to fruition through His children. In today's passage, He commands us to pursue love, to long for spiritual gifts, and especially to prophesy. He states that speaking in tongues is not directed toward men but toward God, speaking mysteries in the Spirit, and that the one who prophesies speaks to people to build them up, exhort, and comfort them. Furthermore, Paul says that they all desire to speak in tongues, and especially to prophesy; since they are those who long for spiritual gifts, he asks for them to abound in order to build up the church, and he instructs those who speak in tongues to pray for interpretation. He also says not to be like children in wisdom, but to be like little children in evil, declaring that God is a God of peace. Amen.
