민주시민(정치)교육을 통해 하나님의 뜻과 진리를 발견하게 하소서
 
하나님, 이땅에 하나님 나라를 건설하시기 위해 법과 질서를 만드시고, 다양한 소통의 장을 만드신 것에 감사를 드립니다.
 
그런데 이 땅의 정치와 민주주의가 집단의 이익과 가진 자의 욕심을 채우는 도구가 되어 하나님의 섭리를 거스르고, 본래의 의미와 목적을 잃어버리고 있습니다.
 
방향을 잃은 정치와 민주주의가 하나님의 질서를 회복하고 바로 세워지기를 원합니다.
 
자녀들이 정치 교육을 통해 정치와 민주주의의 소양을 가진 시민으로 길러지기를 원합니다.
 
자유와 평등, 정의, 연대 등의 소중한 가치가 하나님이 정하신 질서 속에서 아이들에게 형성되게 하시고, 그것을 바탕으로 사회와 나라가 바르게 작동하게 하옵소서.
 
학교가 성숙한 민주 시민을 길러내는 환경을 제공하는 구조가 되게 하옵소서.
 
가정 또한 자녀들에게 하나님이 기뻐하시는 정치와 민주주의를 경험하는 환경이 되게 하옵소서.
 
이것을 위해 부모와 교사들도 성숙한 민주 시민과 정치적 소양을 갖게 하시기를 원합니다.
 
학생들이 정부와 정치인들, 국가와 건강한 관계를 가지며 동행하면서 정치에 당당한 주권자로 참여하는 시민으로 자라게 하시고, 무엇보다 하나님 나라에 대한 분명한 확신으로 이 땅의 정치를 바르게 세워가는 사명을 감당하게 하옵소서.

Let us discover God’s will and truth through democratic citizenship (political) education

God, I thank you for creating laws and order and various channels of communication in order to build God’s kingdom on this earth.

However, politics and democracy on this earth have become tools for satisfying the interests of groups and the greed of the wealthy, going against God’s providence, and losing their original meaning and purpose.

I want politics and democracy that have lost their direction to restore God’s order and be established correctly.

I want my children to grow into citizens with the knowledge of politics and democracy through political education.

Please let the precious values of freedom, equality, justice, and solidarity be formed in children within the order established by God, and let society and the country function properly based on that.

Please let schools become a structure that provides an environment that fosters mature democratic citizens.

Please also let families become an environment where children can experience politics and democracy that God is pleased with.

For this, I hope that parents and teachers will also become mature democratic citizens and politically savvy.

Let the students grow into citizens who participate in politics as proud sovereigns while having healthy relationships with the government, politicians, and the nation, and above all, let them take on the mission of establishing the politics of this land correctly with a clear conviction about the kingdom of God.
