외국어교육을 통해 하나님의 뜻과 진리를 발견하게 하소서
 
세계 각 나라, 민족, 부족의 말과 방언으로 하나님의 뜻을 알리시고, 하나님의 풍성하신 역사를 기록하시며 전하게 하시는 하나님, 이렇게 모든 형태의 언어를 통하여 온 세계의 사람들이 하나님을 만나고, 알게 하신 것에 감사를 드립니다.
 
오늘날 외국어교육은 영어와 기타 외국어로 등급이 나누어져서 언어간 차별이 생겨났고, 언어와 문화의 확장이 국제적 감각과 영향력의 확대가 아닌 성적과 경쟁의 도구로 바뀌어 버렸습니다.
 
사람의 잘못으로 사교육과 악한 교육의 도구가 되어버린 외국어교육이 그 본질과 바른 방향을 회복할 수 있게 하옵소서.
 
외국어교육이 대한민국과 세계에 기여하는 다국어 인재가 배출되는 좋은 통로가 되게 하시고, 무엇보다 모든 나라에서 풍성하게 역사하시는 하나님의 풍성한 계시를 더 넓고 깊게 만날 수 있게 하시기를 원합니다.
 
또한 기독교인으로서 온 세계에 나아가 하나님 나라를 섬기는 인재들이 길러지는 발판이 되도록 외국어교육 가운데 하나님의 주권과 하나님 나라가 임하기를 원합니다.
 
이를 위해 외국어교육 과정이 계속 발전하게 하시고, 교사들 또한 바른 교육의 길을 따르게 하옵소서.

Let us discover God’s will and truth through foreign language education

God, who makes known God’s will through the languages and dialects of each country, people, and tribe in the world, and records and conveys God’s abundant history, we give thanks for allowing people all over the world to meet and know God through all forms of language.

Today, foreign language education is divided into English and other foreign languages, creating differences between languages, and the expansion of language and culture has become a tool for grades and competition rather than an expansion of international sensibility and influence.

Please let foreign language education, which has become a tool for private education and evil education due to human error, restore its essence and right direction.

Please let foreign language education become a good channel for producing multilingual talents who contribute to Korea and the world, and above all, let us encounter God’s abundant revelation that works abundantly in all countries more broadly and deeply.

Also, as Christians, I pray that God’s sovereignty and the kingdom of God will come through foreign language education so that it can become a foundation for nurturing talents who will go out into the world and serve the kingdom of God.

For this, please continue to develop the foreign language education curriculum and let teachers follow the right path of education.
