(Jeremiah 50:34 언약) Their Redeemer is strong; The LORD of hosts is His name. He will thoroughly plead their case, That He may give rest to the land, And disquiet the inhabitants of Babylon. 하나님은 주의 자녀를 구원하시는 강하고 능하신 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 여호와께서 선지자 예레미야에게 바벨론과 갈대아 사람의 땅에 대해 하신 말씀이라 하며 그들은 전파하고 공포하며 깃발을 세울 것은 바벨론이 함락되고 벨이 수치를 당하며 므로닥이 부스러지고 그 신상들이 부스러지기 때문이라 했다. 또한 한 나라가 북쪽에서 나와서 그 땅으로 황폐하게 한다고 하며 그날 그 때에 이스라엘 자손이 돌아오며 울면서 그 길을 가며 그의 하나님 여호와를 구할 것이라 했다. 또한 그들이 얼굴을 시온으로 향하여 '너희는 오라 잊을 수 없는 영원한 언약으로 여호와와 연합하라'하며, 주의 백성이 잃어버린 양떼와 같이 되었다고 하고, 갈대아는 약탈되리라 했다. 아멘
