교육에 대한 시야가 넓어지게 하소서
 
우리에게 교육의 본을 보여주신 하나님, 우리들의 교육은 주님이 보여주신 교육과는 너무나 다른 궤도에 있습니다.
 
개인적인 도야와 개인적인 성취에만 집중하는 교육, 신앙마저도 그런 성공을 돕는 도구로 전락할 때가 많습니다.
 
하나님, 우리의 교육을 고쳐 주옵소서.
 
주님이 원하시는 사람이 어떤 사람인지 질문할 수 있도록 도와주시고, 잠깐 좋은 교육이 아니라, 자녀들의 긴 인생 여정을 생각하는 교육이 되게 하옵소서.
 
단순히 공부잘하는 가치에 초점을 맞추는 교육에서 자녀들이 본래적 자아로 돌아갈 수 있도록 돕는 교육이 되게 하시며, 그 안에서 자녀들은 자신들의 가슴이 뛰는 대로 생을 살도록 돕는 교육이 되게 하옵소서.
 
교회와 기독학부모의 가정 그리고 학교에서 전인적인 자녀들의 성숙을 고려해서 교육의 계획을 수립하고, 교육에 임할 수 있도록 주께서 도우심을 허락하여 주옵소서.

Broaden our perspective on education.

God, who showed us the model for education, our education is on a completely different trajectory from the education You showed us.

Education focuses solely on personal development and personal achievement, and even faith often becomes a tool for achieving such success.

God, please reform our education.

Help us question what kind of person You want us to be. May our education be one that considers our children's long life journey, not just a short-term success.

May our education, instead of focusing solely on academic excellence, help our children return to their true selves, and within this, help them live their lives according to their hearts.

May You grant us Your help so that the church, Christian parents' homes, and schools can plan and implement educational programs that consider the holistic growth of their children.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
