교사와 학생간의 관계를 회복시키소서

학교 공동체를 통하여 교육의 회복을 꿈꾸시는 하나님, 교사와 학생과의 아름다운 관계가 주님 안에서 바로 세워지길 원하오니 비뚤어지고 어긋나 있는 교사와 학생 간의 관계를 회복시켜 주옵소서.

교사가 학생을 사랑하지 않고 학생은 교사를 존경하지 않는 학교의 분위기가 바뀌기를 원합니다.

교사가 영성과 전문성뿐 아니라 소명의식을 지니고 교육현장에서 섬길 수 있도록 도와주옵소서.

학생을 무관심으로 대하거나, 성적이나 능력으로 평가하지 않게 하시고 학생 개개인을 존중하며 관심과 애정으로 가르치게 하옵소서.

또한 학생은 교사를 존경하는 마음으로 교과목에 대한 지도를 받게 하시며, 삶의 여정 가운데 만나는 귀한 멘토요 선배로 교사의 삶을 본받게 하옵소서.

교사와 학생이 주님이 엮어 주시는 믿음과 신뢰로서 학교현장을 끈끈한 사랑의 공동체로 만들기를 소망합니다.

그리하여 교사의 교직생활이 자녀의 학교생활이 기쁨과 웃음이 넘치는 시간이 되기를 원합니다.

Restore the relationship between teachers and students.

God, who dreams of restoring education through the school community, we pray that beautiful relationships between teachers and students will be established in You. Please restore the distorted and discordant relationships between teachers and students.

We pray for a change in the school atmosphere, where teachers do not love their students and students do not respect their teachers.

Help teachers serve in the educational field with a sense of calling, not just spirituality and professionalism.

Do not treat students with indifference or judge them based on grades or abilities. Instead, teach with care and affection, respecting each student individually.

Furthermore, may students respect their teachers and receive guidance in their subjects. May they emulate the lives of their teachers, who are precious mentors and mentors they encounter on their life journeys.

We pray that teachers and students, through the faith and trust You have woven together, will build schools into strong communities of love.

Thus, may teachers' teaching careers and their children's school lives be filled with joy and laughter.
