(Joel 1:19~20 성전) O LORD, to You I cry out, For fire has devoured the open pastures, And a flame has burned all the trees of the field. The beasts of the field also cry out to You, For the water brooks are dried up, And fire has devoured the open pastures. 하나님은 부르짖는 주의 자녀의 기도를 들으시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 '브두엘의 아들 요엘에게 임한 여호와의 말씀이라'하시며 그들이 주의 행사를 말하고 그 자녀는 후세에 말할 것이라 하고 취하는 자들은 깨어 울 것은 포도주가 그 입에서 끊어졌기 때문이라 했다. 또한 '바른 한 민족이 내 땅에서 올라왔음이로다'하며 그들은 강하고 수가 많다 하시고 그들이 주의 포도나무를 멸하였다 하시고 처녀가 어렸을 때에 약혼한 남자로 말미암아 애곡함과 같이 하라 하시며 밭이 황무하고 토지가 말랐다 하시며 밭의 모든 나무가 시들었다 하시고 제사장들이 굵은 베로 동이고 슬피 울 것은 주의 생전에 제사드리지 못하기 때문이라 했다. 아멘

God is the One who hears the prayers of His children who cry out. In today's text, it says, "The word of the Lord that came to Joel son of Pethuel: 'They will tell of the Lord's deeds, and their children will tell to the next generation.' Awake, the drunkards, and weep, for the wine has been cut off from their lips. He also says, 'A righteous nation has come up out of my land,' strong and numerous. They have destroyed the Lord's vine. Be like a maiden mourning for the man she was betrothed to in her youth. The fields are desolate, the land is dried up, and all the trees of the field have withered. The priests will be bundled in sackcloth and weep, for they will not be able to offer sacrifices while the Lord lives. Amen.
