(Joel 2:14~15 나팔) Who knows if He will turn and relent, And leave a blessing behind Him-A grain offering and a drink offering For the LORD your God? Blow the trumpet in Zion, Consecrate a fast, Call a sacred assembly; 하나님은 주의 자녀의 거룩한 성회를 귀히 보시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 시온에서 나팔을 불며 거룩한 주의 산에서 경고의 소리를 질러 여호와의 날이 이르렀음을 알리라고 하시고 그 날은 짙은 구름이 덮인 것 같고 새벽 빛이 산꼭대기에 덮인 날이라 했다. 또한 그 예전의 땅은 에덴동산 같으나 나중의 땅은 황폐한 들같이 될 것이라 하고 강한 백성이 이르렀는데 그들이 용사같이 달리고 성을 기어오른다 하며, 여호와께서 그 군대 앞에서 소리를 지르신다 했다. 주께서 '너희는 이제라도 금식하고 울며 애통하고 마음을 다하여 내게로 돌아오라'하시고 주의 인애로 주께서 그 뜻을 돌이키실 것이라 했다. 아멘

God treasures the holy assembly of His children. In today's text, He commands us to blow the trumpet in Zion and sound the alarm on His holy mountain, announcing the coming of the day of the Lord. He says it will be like a thick cloud covering the mountains, with the dawn covering the mountaintops. He also says, "The land will once be like the Garden of Eden, but the land will later be like a desolate wilderness." He declares, "A mighty people has come, running like warriors, scaling the wall, and the Lord roars before His army." He says, "Even now, return to Me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning." He promises, "In His lovingkindness, the Lord will relent." Amen.
