기독학부모운동이 일어나게 하소서
 
교육의 주체로 부모를 세워주신 하나님, 대부분의 한국교회 성도들이 학부모이지만, '기독학부모'로서의 정체성을 찾지 못하여 그 역할과 책임을 잘 감당하지 못하는 상황에 놓여 있습니다.
 
부모들이 '내 자녀'에게만 집중하면서 교회 안에도 왜곡된 성공주의가 엄연히 자리 잡고 있습니다.
 
이러한 풍토 속에서 신앙교육 및 학교 교육 전반에 하나님 나라 관점의 교육이 자리잡도록, 하나님께서 기뻐하시는 교육에 생기가 피어나도록 나설 사람은 기독학부모임을 고백합니다.
 
개인적인 차원에서 기독학부모 역할을 감당하는 것뿐만 아니라 한국교회의 학부모를 일깨워 공동체적인 차원의 헌신이 일어나게 하옵소서.
 
먼저 기도하는 기독학부모가 되어 '내 자녀'는 물론 지역 교회와 학교를 위해서, 한국교회의 갱신을 위해서 기도하게 하옵소서.
 
가정과 교회, 학교마다 기도하는 기독학부모 모임이 구성되게 하옵소서.
 
교사와 함께 학생들을 돌보면서 학원선교의 중요한 사역을 감당하게 하옵소서.
 
교육정책에 건강한 관심을 가지고 발언하는 기독학부모 공동체가 되게하옵소서.
 
그리하여 기독학부모운동을 통하여 교육의 영역에서 하나님 나라가 확장되게 하옵소서.

May a Christian Parents Movement arise.

God, who established parents as the primary agents of education, most Korean church members are parents. However, they are unable to fully fulfill their roles and responsibilities because they have not yet discovered their identity as "Christian parents."

With parents focusing solely on "their children," a distorted success-oriented approach has become entrenched even within the church.

In this climate, I confess that Christian parents are the ones who must step up to ensure that a Kingdom-oriented education is established throughout religious education and school education, and that the vitality of education that pleases God blossoms.

Please awaken parents in the Korean church to a commitment that extends beyond their individual roles as Christian parents, and foster a commitment on a communal level.

First, may we become prayerful Christian parents, praying not only for our children but also for our local churches and schools, and for the renewal of the Korean church.

May Christian parents' prayer groups be formed in every home, church, and school.

May we fulfill the important mission of school missions, caring for students alongside teachers.

May we become a community of Christian parents who have a healthy interest in educational policy and speak out.

Thus, may God's kingdom expand in the realm of education through the Christian parent movement.
