공동체 교육을 통해 개인적인고 이기적인 본성에서 벗어나 이웃을 귀히 여기면서 함께 더불어 살아가는 기쁨을 알게 하옵소서.
 
교사와 교사가, 학생과 학생이, 교사와 학부모가 서로 소통하면서 배움과 나눔의 건전한 공동체를 이루게 하옵소서.
 
신앙과 학업이 연계되는 교육을 통해 모든 지식을 문자로만이 아닌 믿음과 삶으로 깨달아 배움의 기쁨을 알고, 성적이 아닌 각자의 은사와 소명에 따라 자라나게 하옵소서.
 
이밖에도 기독교대안학교가 이 시대 가운데 가져야 할 대안성이 무엇인가 고민하고 응답하게 하옵소서.
 
왜곡된 교육현실 속에서 기독교대안학교가 빛과 소금이 되어 교육에 선한 영향력을 끼치기를 소망합니다.

God, who desires that Christian alternative schools offer a true alternative to education in this age, please help Christian alternative schools walk the right path of alternative education in this land.

Through spiritually-focused education, may our children find their true selves before You and decide how to live toward God and the world.

Through community education, may they transcend their individualistic and selfish natures and learn the joy of living together, cherishing their neighbors.

May teachers, students, and parents communicate with one another to form a healthy community of learning and sharing.

Through education that connects faith and academics, may all knowledge be understood not merely in words but through faith and life, so that they may know the joy of learning and grow according to their individual gifts and callings, not just grades.

Furthermore, may Christian alternative schools reflect on and respond to the question of what alternative nature they should possess in this age.

In this distorted educational landscape, I hope Christian alternative schools will be the light and salt of the earth, exerting a positive influence on education.
