미션스쿨 운영자를 기억하소서
 
지도자를 세우셔서 사용하시는 하나님, 미션스쿨을 세우고 운영하는 지도자들과 함께하여 주옵소서.
 
학교를 처음 세우던 날의 그 고민과 결단과 마음이 현재의 운영자들에게도 동일한 헌신과 결단이 되기를 원합니다.
 
현재 미션스쿨은 사립학교법 등으로 교육의 자율성이 침해받고 있으며, 이로 인해 그 고유한 정체성 또한 위협받고 있습니다.
 
건전한 사학이 건학이념에 맞게 자율성을 가지고 공적 교육의 역할을 감당하기를 원합니다.
 
그러나 이것이 저절로 이루어지는 것이 아님을 잘 압니다.
 
먼저는 운영자들이 기독교적인 학교를 운영하고 기독교적인 학교풍토를 실현하는 것에 힘을 쏟을 수 있도록 그분들과 함께해 주옵소서.
 
특히, 정직과 헌신의 마음을 주셔서 재정적으로 투명하게 운영되어 재정적, 경영적 비리가 없도록 하옵소서.
 
또한 운영자들이 신실함으로 교사를 채용하게 하시고, 부정직한 방법을 사용하지 않게 하옵소서.
 
모든 학교의 공동체가 기독교적 영향력 아래에서 예배와 생활지도, 학급운영과 교과수업을 진행하도록 운영자들이 기독교적 리더십을 발휘할 수 있는 확신과 믿음과 신실함을 더하여 주옵소서.

Remember the Mission School Administrators

God, who raises up and uses leaders, please be with the leaders who establish and run mission schools.

May the same dedication and resolve that existed on the first day of the school's founding be felt by the current administrators.

Currently, mission schools are experiencing educational autonomy infringements due to the Private School Act, and their unique identity is threatened as a result.

We desire that sound private schools, in keeping with their founding principles, maintain autonomy and fulfill their role as public education providers.

However, we understand that this does not happen automatically.

First, please be with the administrators so that they can dedicate themselves to operating a Christian school and fostering a Christian school culture.

In particular, please grant them honesty and dedication, ensuring financial transparency and eliminating financial and management corruption.

Furthermore, may the administrators faithfully hire teachers and refrain from using dishonest methods.

Please grant the administrators the confidence, faith, and faithfulness to exercise Christian leadership so that all school communities can conduct worship, student guidance, classroom management, and curriculum under Christian influence.
